It’s been a rough few months since Mo died and I’ve not updated the site, but thanks for keeping me in touch with what’s been going on.

I will be revisiting my site in the next few weeks and looking at how it can be improved/redesigned, now that technology has moved on a bit from when I started it.

In the meantime, I am selling all Mo’s stuff and having a break from being a horse owner - until my life is more settled and I can make the most of having another four-legged friend to play with.

So, as time goes on, if you hear of any horses who need a good home (and can live out) I’d love to hear from you.

Sad news…my horse Mo had to be put to sleep on Tuesday. It was a big shock and I am devastated.

Those of you on the mailing list will have received an email with a few more details of what happened - needless to say it was pretty horrific.

I may not be updating the site for a week or two, but keep sending me info and I will be back editing again very soon.

Just a little note to remind you all about the IPLH funday at Park Farm, DN21 5EU on 26th July.(All details on my website) and also to let you know that due to a lack in numbers we are changing the Russell Higgins Advancing level 3 course on 6th to 10th September to Advancing level 2-3.

If you are studying level 2 or level 3 this will be a great course for you. It will be a mixed level and Russell will teach accordingly.

Slip sliding on the wet ground, bodies caked with mud, leaves in their manes and tails, they put on an amazing show (just for me!) as they galloped about, bucking and challenging each other on their hind legs, and doing the most amazing slide-stops! As the school holidays are on the horizon we have organised plenty for the kids and their ponies to keep them occupied with us here at Learning to Listen in North Yorkshire.

Sarah Kreutzer invites you, your horse and your friends to her ranch style farm for a fun filled three days of horses, horses, horses.

Sessions will cover:
· Basic aids
· Trail riding
· Walk, jog and lope
· Barrel racing
· Reining
· Cow herding

The clinic is running from the 4th August to 6th August. The groups are limited to 3 groups of 4. There will be a beginners and advanced group for those who want to develop their skills.

The Cost:£205 for all three days. This includes all training, stabling, bedding & hay

Food: Refreshments will be available at Learning to Listen throughout the day, however you will need to provide your own lunch. A BBQ, microwave, kettle, oven and fridge are available.
